You can click these sparkiling shirts and receive one of 23 shirts or a consumable. You can follow the bundled up shirt to it’s location. These Free T-Shirts are very valuable on the Auction House.
The Stormwind Entertainer can be found in the dwarven district.
The Orgimmar Entertainer can be found walk from The Drag to the Valley of Honor and back.
